The Marlin Alliance is seeking a Business Development/Capture Manager (Strategic Growth Manager) to lead the development and execution of its strategic growth specific to Navy clients. The position will be responsible for leading growth strategy and developing future opportunities in information technology (IT) services, digital transformation and cybersecurity consulting with targeted customers within Navy and the Department of Defense (DoD). Specifically will serve as the strategic thought leader and decision-driver through the capture process including opportunity stage review process, assisting with bid/no bid decisions, building relationships with key partners and clients, and supporting the execution of winning proposals. Success in this role is measured by meeting and exceeding acquisition and financial targets aligned to company goals.
