Equifax Workforce Solutions is seeking an inspiring and results-driven Strategic Group Product Leader to drive the vision and execution in our high-growth Employer Services product group. This is a high-impact, executive-facing role where your proven success as in Product Management will be leveraged to take an established business from its current market-leading state to an innovative future. You will own the overall performance of the product group, steering product strategy from ideation and inception through launch, growth, and market leadership. If you are a visionary product executive with a track record of scaling businesses, building automated, high-velocity platforms, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create a competitive advantage, this role offers the platform to maximize organizational success. The Product Leader is a hybrid position that requires working from our St. Louis or Atlanta office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (10+ years of Product Management experience)
• 7-10 years of product management experience; Product Management certifications is a plus
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a team lead or leading other product management individuals via influence in a highly matrixed environment and across product portfolios containing multiple products

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in cloud-based products and services, demonstrating an understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment models strongly preferred
• Experience with AI in managed products and to accelerate work strongly preferred
• Expertise in writing detailed product requirements is fundamental and required; Must demonstrate a solid understanding of product design, commercial model and packaging discussions
• Experience in Product tools required (Aha, JIRA, Figma, or equivalent)
• Expert in Design Thinking for innovation is a plus (Use creative design thinking to develop innovative business solutions. Apply creative and analytical tools to develop real solutions for real needs, including personas, empathy mapping, prototyping and iteration models)
• Demonstrates deep understanding of customer needs through market and industry research and analysis of competitors and uses strong knowledge of competitive landscape to anticipate, articulate and drive high-potential opportunities that enable a competitive advantage
• Is capable of communicating vision and ensuring team’s work is in alignment with strategy and goals
• Skilled at leading through influence with key decisions-makers within own function and across related functions to successfully navigate Equifax’ organization
• Has managed executional rigor of team to deliver product efforts on time to meet market demands

Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership & Strategy Define and Drive Product Vision: Create and champion a bold, strategic product roadmap that aligns with the corporate vision, focusing on next-generation cloud and AI-enabled solutions to optimize the customer experience (CX) and drive significant ROI.
• Scale and Transform: Apply expertise in startup growth (0-1) to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships (Build, Buy, Partner framework), and lead digital transformation initiatives to expand market reach and generate accelerated revenue growth.
• P&L Management & Commercial Model: Provide consultation and direction on the commercial model, pricing, and packaging decisions, using a deep understanding of product performance and portfolio management to ensure attainment of aggressive revenue and margin objectives.
• Product & Technology Innovation AI and Automation: Spearhead the integration and commercialization of AI and automation workflows to accelerate work, secure competitive advantages, and create patented, market-differentiating solutions.
• Cloud Architecture & Velocity: Collaborate on the technical strategy to modernize legacy systems to scalable IaaS/SaaS architectures , ensuring high availability and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2).
• Ecosystem Integration: Partner on complex API integration strategies with major HCM, ATS, and background screening systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM) to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• People & Cross-Functional Engagement High-Performing Team Leadership: Drive the performance of a team of product managers, providing executive-level coaching and direction, and proactively identifying and recruiting top talent to build a world-class product organization.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders across technology, D&A, sales, and legal to ensure alignment and relentless execution of the product strategy, using superior communication to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Client & Market Focus: Demonstrate a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs through market and competitive analysis. Lead product presentations and incorporate client feedback directly into product direction, ensuring high client retention and customer success.
