About The Position
W. R. Grace is seeking a Strategic Global Marketing Manager for our Technology & Transportation sector. This role will be based at our corporate headquarters in Columbia, MD, with a hybrid work schedule. The Strategic Global Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing vision, researching, developing, communicating and driving execution of the strategic marketing plans for the products used in Transportation & Technology (Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, Electronics, Non-fuel Renewable Energy Technology, and Industrial Process Applications). Efforts will involve all aspects of the marketing mix ensuring market assessment, positioning, and plan development to drive sales growth, market share capture, and profitability short and long-term. This is a highly collaborative role that will work on a Marketing team which includes Regional Marketing, Marketing Automation, Marketing Communications and Lead Generation professionals. It requires team alignment across market sectors, product platforms, and geographic regions for seamless execution. The Strategic Marketing Manager is the best partner of R&D on new product development and Sales and Asset management regarding key customers interaction and asset utilization.
