Requirements

5-7+ years of CFO experience, ideally in multi-entity or private equity-backed environments.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and capital raising.
Strong executive-level communication skills with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to develop scalable financial operations and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

CPA designation preferred but not required.
Experience in M&A transactions, high-growth companies, and diverse industries is a plus.
Audit background helpful.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Oversee financial health across multiple clients, focusing on cash flow management, profitability, and long-term growth.
Lead key financial initiatives, including capital planning, transaction support, and KPI development.
Collaborate with Controllers, Implementation Directors, and offshore teams to align financial strategy with operational goals.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes for sustainable success.
