About The Position
Otterbein has an opening for a fulltime, exempt Strategic Financial Analyst. This position can be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Lebanon, OH or remote. Remote workers should live in Ohio or Indiana. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Strategic Financial Analyst to support our organization in making data-driven decisions. The Analyst will be responsible for financial feasibility studies, in-depth market research, and to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. As a key contributor to the organization, the analyst will provide critical insights and recommendations in collaboration with team members that help drive the organization's strategic planning and success within the senior living and aging services industry. This industry includes communities with independent and assisted living residences and nursing homes, standalone nursing neighborhoods, home health and hospice, and ancillary services such as therapy and pharmacy.
