About The Position
The Strategic Finance team at Notion is responsible for maximizing the company's long-term value by evaluating and facilitating strategic decisions, as well as efficiently allocating and deploying resources. This team drives bi-annual planning outcomes, performs financial analyses, and partners with various teams across Notion to track performance at both the company and strategic levels. The Revenue & Growth Strategic Finance team focuses on consolidating Notion's top-line drivers, particularly in the Self-serve (Product-led growth) area. As a key member of this lean team, you will have opportunities to help build out Notion's financial infrastructure and work on a variety of projects, from managing top-line models and reporting to conducting deep dives into key business drivers. This role requires a highly analytical and strategic individual who loves working with data and numbers.
