We are looking to add a Strategic Finance Manager to our team! LOCATION: REMOTE REPORTS TO: Vice President Of Strategic Finance PAY: $115,000 - $135,000/ salary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility and management experience.
• BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or comparable experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Exhibits intellectual curiosity, ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working closely with senior management.
• Advanced analytics, modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Operations and Corporate Leaders on a project and ad hoc basis.
• Influence decision-making to ensure business partners meet the operational and financial objectives.
• Support weekly and monthly business reviews that provide insight into current business and center performance.
• Financial Statements review and monitor expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve the financial health of the company based on financial findings.
• Deliver and improve forecasts for financial and non-financial metrics.
• Partner across the organization to understand business drivers and implement new performance drivers.
• Managing various Finance & Accounting projects.
• Support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
