And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary As the Finance Manager, you will support the Virtual Care Finance organization. You will be responsible for strategic planning and financial modeling, including planning & forecasting, supporting key strategic initiatives, and overseeing activities that drive organizational growth. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead change and cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise. Additionally, you will: Construct comprehensive financial models, investment analyses and business cases to support strategic decision making and growth initiatives Evaluate growth & ROI opportunities, provide insights and present recommendations to finance leadership and/or business partners Create and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments Develop strong partnerships with teams across the organization to enhance cross-functional alignment and drive accountability Support core financial planning and reporting activities This role is work at home flexible. Candidate must be willing to work East Coast hours

Requirements

• 5+ years of management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance experience
• 5+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• 3+ years financial scenario, ROI and/or M&A modeling experience
• Candidate must be willing to work East Coast hours
• Bachelors or equivalent work experience required

• Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience owning complex models end-to-end
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to guide and influence others
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care Industry Experience a plus
• Digital or technology-centric product start-up experience a plus
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare preferred
