About The Position

The Strategic Finance Lead will develop and manage the achievement of business objectives for the assigned area, contributing to the development of strategies, business goals, and measures. This role involves overseeing daily operations, implementing short and medium-term business strategies, and managing resources at the departmental level. The lead will work closely with business partners in Brand, Product & Affiliated Distribution (BP&AD) and across Corporate Finance to provide high-quality information and analysis to facilitate assessment and reporting of business performance. Key responsibilities include leading the development of a comprehensive Loan Investment Program dashboard, evaluating control enhancements, maintaining programmatic forecasts, and serving as a second in command to the Head of Agency Accounting & Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience using data and information to analyze and communicate business implications.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to partner with business leaders.

• Demonstrated potential to take on expanded responsibilities.
• Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check.
