About The Position

The Strategic Finance Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, CTO, and Chief Transformation Officer, providing financial and strategic partnership to drive efficiency, accountability, and execution across LERETA's operational and technology functions. This newly created role is highly visible and integral to the success of our enterprise transformation. The role will work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable results, ensuring alignment between financial goals, operational performance, and transformation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect financials with operational drivers
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence-able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and a strong sense of ownership
  • 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role
  • Highly proficient in Excel modeling, scenario analysis, and financial storytelling

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting Ops, Tech, or Transformation functions strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a trusted finance partner to the COO, CTO, and Chief Transformation Officer
  • Attends weekly staff meetings, strategic planning sessions, and initiative check-ins to stay deeply embedded in each function
  • Understands operational roadmaps and translate them into financial outcomes and resource needs
  • Leads quarterly reforecasting and annual budget processes for supported departments
  • Builds driver-based models to align costs with key KPIs (e.g., product delivery, customer experience, implementation timelines)
  • Monitors budget vs actuals, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities
  • Runs financial modeling and ROI analysis on new initiatives, vendor decisions, staffing models, and cost savings opportunities
  • Helps prioritize initiatives by evaluating financial and operational impact
  • Supports headcount planning and productivity optimization across operations and tech teams
  • Creates dashboards and scorecards to monitor execution and savings of transformation projects
  • Partners with Operations, Technology, and Transformation office to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver promised value
  • Identifies process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to drive measurable outcomes
  • Supports business cases and financial diligence for technology investments, vendor renegotiations, and process automation efforts
  • Provides ad hoc analysis and insights to support fast-paced decision-making
