Our platform integrates with a company's content systems, learns from the data, and assists employees in responding to queries without the need to search for information. The average worker currently spends 19% of their time tracking down answers, a challenge exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our mission is to empower humanity with better answers everywhere, and our vision extends beyond solutions for contact centers. As a Strategic Executive Assistant, you will support our Co-Founder/COO in driving the growth and efficiency of his team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who seeks a front-row seat to the inner workings of a rapidly scaling company. The ideal candidate is a proactive thinker, a reliable executor, an excellent problem-solver, and someone eager to learn the intricacies of running a business with the intention of becoming an entrepreneur in the future. In this position, you will work closely with the COO to understand strategic goals and act as a key liaison internally, ensuring that the COO's vision and directives are clearly communicated and executed across teams. You will oversee and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring initiatives stay on track and addressing any bottlenecks that arise. Additionally, you will help develop and maintain reporting systems that provide the COO with insights into key functions, particularly in Sales and Customer Success operations. You will also support procurement, vendor, and partner activities by reviewing documents and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. Finally, you will document processes, meeting outcomes, and project plans to enhance organizational clarity and accountability.
