About The Position

In this role, you'll get to expand territories and spearhead the sales of Comcast Business's innovative products and solutions into new markets. You'll also get to engage in the exciting challenge of acquiring and managing a diverse range of commercial customers, from mid-market and enterprise, to those with multiple locations, through both direct and partner channels. As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for the sales strategy of Comcast High Capacity Ethernet Networks, Internet, Video, and Voice-based services to Government, Education, and Medical institutions (G.E.M.) as well as complex enterprise customers. You will work as part of a team to drive sales by focusing on acquisition, development, and management of strategic prospective clients in designated territories. This includes designing and delivering live sales presentations to prospective strategic clients, developing relationships with clients and the community, and positioning the Comcast brand as key components of the sales strategy, in keeping with Comcast's touchstones. You will need to stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will also include developing the strategy of the sales territory, identifying strategic partnerships, planning the development of a territory, and cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations. You will actively research and generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships. Retaining the customer base by delivering on the Comcast credo and ensuring a superior customer experience will be crucial. You will maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention and work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and quality sales records and preparing sales and activity reports as required. Regular attendance and the ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules are necessary for this role.
