About The Position

Strategic Enterprise Account Executive Context & Impact: Lansweeper is accelerating from product‑led to solution‑led selling , redefining how we engage with global enterprises. Following the acquisition of Redjack , we've expanded into cyber asset intelligence , empowering organizations to better understand their risk landscape. To drive this transformation, we're hiring 2 Strategic Account Managers (1 EMEA, 1 AMER) — each responsible for 15-20 of Lansweeper's top strategic enterprise accounts , representing our most valuable global partnerships. This is the most senior individual contributor role within our commercial organisation, driving long‑term growth and expansion across our most influential customers as we scale from $100M to $500M ARR. Challenge: The main challenges you'll face are: Leading the shift from transactional to consultative, value‑driven selling . Building strong, multi‑stakeholder relationships across large enterprise ecosystems. Aligning internal teams (Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product) to deliver measurable business outcomes, not just product features.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in Enterprise SaaS Solution Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving $1M+ ARR growth per year in enterprise accounts.
  • Expertise in IT Asset Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Visibility , or related domains.
  • Ability to map out large enterprise accounts, build relevant champion networks and communicate at every level of relevant buyer personas from Network admin to CTO, and in between.
  • Skilled in executive‑level communication, negotiations, and value selling.
  • Consultative, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent collaborator with “one team” mindset.
  • Resilient and motivated to thrive in a fast‑growing, evolving SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with 15-20 top strategic enterprise accounts, driving adoption and expansion.
  • Develop and execute multi‑year account strategies aligned with customer IT and business goals.
  • Lead ROI‑driven executive engagements with CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning discipline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, SE, Product, Marketing) to deliver integrated, value‑based solutions.
