About The Position
The Strategic Engagement Manager for Life Sciences at Reliant AI is responsible for driving user engagement and success among life sciences customers on the East Coast. This role involves understanding customer research workflows, identifying challenges, and guiding them towards the successful adoption of Reliant's AI solutions. The position also includes representing the voice of the user within the company and collaborating with the Product team to refine offerings based on user feedback. This is a mostly-remote role with opportunities for growth into leadership as the company scales.
