May work with one or multiple clients. The primary objective of this position is to help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching. Continuous Improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams
  • Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans
  • Facilitate training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events
  • Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
  • Write reports for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
  • Develop site improvement plans
  • Escalate program/client issues to SEM Program Manager
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
