About The Position

The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a Strategic Desing & Experience Lead (SDEL) who will serve as the Government’s primary design thought partner and customer experience strategist. The SDEL shall bridge O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data, driving innovation in how information, services, and experiences are delivered to the military community. The SDEL shall combine vision and execution by fostering human-centered design, guiding creative and brand strategy, interpreting customer feedback and user insights, and enabling modern, accessible, and data informed customer experiences. Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of experience leading human-centered design or user experience efforts for digital platforms.
• A minimum of five years of experience conducting user research, usability testing, and service design for Government or enterprise systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting large-scale Government digital services with diverse user populations.
• Experience integrating accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG) into design practices.
