This position is on-site. We're on a mission to transform how IT infrastructure teams make decisions-with data at the core. As part of the Operational Assurance team, you'll partner closely with leaders across Incident Management, Problem Management, Availability, and Operations to unlock insights, improve processes, and measure what matters. This role isn't just about dashboards. It's about being a strategic thought partner-translating complex technical data into clear, actionable insights that drive accountability, reduce risk, and improve operational stability across a global tech ecosystem.
