About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Strategic Customer Support Representative - Pump and Power. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, focusing on understanding their needs, providing equipment solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and processing contracts. The primary goal is to maximize sales revenue and exceed customer expectations through exceptional service. Success in this position is measured by the ability to support business goals, drive sales, ensure positive customer experiences, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Sales skills and customer service focus.
  • Computer proficiency with MS applications.
  • Wynne experience is a plus.
  • Equipment Rental/Emergency Response experience preferred.
