About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Customer Engagement Manager (SCE) - AI professional to build and maintain high-impact relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve measurable success with Workday AI solutions. This position is deeply embedded in our most strategic customer accounts at critical moments in their lifecycle, including go-live, adoption, and renewal phases. As an impactful advocate for AI customers, you will use deep expertise in Workday AI, the Agentic Platform, and Illuminate framework to guide customers through deployment, optimization, and transformation. The SCE serves as a trusted advisor, providing customer insights to product teams, advocating for customer needs, and driving strategic engagement programs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers derive maximum impact from AI investments-leading to high adoption, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
