We are looking for an experienced communications professional to be a part of our talented, inclusive, and collaborative Employee Communications team. The Strategic Communications Manager position is a hybrid role, with minimal day-to-day supervision positioned to drive consistent communications strategy, planning and messaging internally across the organization. While our ideal candidate will have experience with digital and information technology communications in the engineering and construction industry, what's most important is the ability to develop messages to make complex technical concepts easy to understand for internal audiences and to work collaboratively with executive level stakeholders across a diverse team.
