About The Position

Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have an immediate need for a Strategic Communication Consultant to work a hybrid schedule at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. In this role, you will support military leadership by planning and executing strategic events/engagements for senior leaders. Candidates must have the ability to travel to events up to 40% of the time. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.

Requirements

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Experience with social media, video production, and/or content-writing
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in Indo-PACOM, Pacific operations, or Headquarters Air Force environments.
  • Strong ability to break down, address, and clearly articulate complex challenges.
  • Experience conducting market research and gathering data related to military readiness
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in strategy formulation and policy development.
  • Proficient in evaluating force presentation, conveying operational campaign strategies, and assessing Air Force readiness within client environments.
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic communications planning and execution in support of senior leadership, including speeches, briefings, seminars, and leadership engagements.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications products (scripts, articles, digital correspondence, and briefings) to advance enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support high-visibility strategic events and virtual engagements, providing professional design, production, and broadcast capabilities.
  • Coordinate and present materials for leadership meetings, working groups, boards, and forums, including briefings and after-action documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, functional experts, and key stakeholders to support priority initiatives and working groups.
