About The Position
The Strategic Collections Specialist - Exotic Auto & Powersports Loans plays a vital role in managing and servicing past-due consumer loan accounts originated by our strategic high-end auto and powersport dealership partners. This role requires a proactive, investigative mindset and a service-oriented approach while working closely with customers, dealerships, and internal departments to resolve loan issues and maintain strong partner relationships.
