To support our growth, IQEQ is aiming to add smart, hard-working team members to our company in the position of Senior Client Relationship Officer.   • Serve as the primary contact for clients and their advisors and provide exceptional client service.
  • Manage all facets of trust administration: Coordinate directions from investment and distribution advisors. Oversee tax and compliance filings alongside our tax department. Coordinate new investment set-up and asset additions within trust structures.
  • Play an active role in business development by attending financial, legal, and estate planning industry events.
  • Lead the on-boarding process for new trust accounts.
  • Participate in internal and external training programs to understand, and improve upon, the unique elements of our directed trust business.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance or related field (CPA, CFP, or CTFA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution, law firm, accounting, or consulting firm.
  • Exceptional understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and estate planning principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the willingness to learn the broad range of trust administration and operational / compliance requirements of a directed trust company.
  • Client relationship management experience, preferably in a fiduciary capacity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • CPA, CFP, or CTFA is a plus
  • Management experience with direct reports or junior team members is a plus.
