This position reports to the Director, HVAC Sales. The Strategic Channel Manager is responsible for supporting business strategies, managing account profiles, maintaining channel partner agreements, monitoring competitor activity, managing the Opportunity Pipeline, supporting Key Account processing, Channel Forecast and Monthly Reporting. You should have a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to do what it takes to make the company successful. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree and 2 + years' relevant experience is preferred, within a complex business environment.
  • Must have prior sales operations experience.
  • Proficient in PowerBI, Power Automate, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Understanding of customer needs, experience in customer interface.
  • Fluent English both spoken and written, good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Market knowledge in LV Drives and related systems is preferred.
  • Social, networking and stress-tolerant, cultural sensitivity, flexibility e.g. traveling.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing the specified market (global/regional) channel sales strategy, in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensuring regular follow-up to achieve them.
  • Implementing annual performance assessments and forecast processes for channel partners.
  • Ensuring appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities are in place for our channel partners.
  • Designing the policies and relevant standards to be used globally for channel partner evaluation and certification.
