About The Position
Solipsys Corporation, located in Fulton, MD, is a wholly owned subsidiary of RTX aligned under Collins Aerospace. We are currently seeking a Strategic Capture Sr. Manager with significant experience pursuing and winning new business in Command & Control (C2) market within Southeast Asia (SEA) and Indo Pacific Command (IPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Strategic Capture Manager will be the source of SEA/IPACOM capture excellence within the Solipsys Business & product Strategy team. The Strategic Capture Manager will lead strategic captures when called upon and support other captures through capture plan reviews and independent assessments of capture effectiveness. The Strategic Capture Manager must be capable of leading cross-functional teams, working under pressure, and developing clear strategies that lead to winning new business. Additionally, the Strategic Capture Manager will be responsible for driving improvements in the organization’s proposal efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. The Strategic Capture Manager will report to Solipsys’ Director of Business & Product Strategy and is accountable for capture leadership, discipline, acumen and results within the Solipsys SEA/IPACOM business.
