About The Position

As a Manager in SNBA, you will lead high-impact, time-boxed sprints with America’s largest communications service providers and internal leaders. This role is ideal for a successful management consultant ready to step into a tech company and lead the AI transformation—designing the playbooks, workflows, and assets others will use—rather than being the object of it. You will own problem solving end-to-end, coach high-performing cross-functional teams, and productize insights so our sales organization can scale impact across accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent high-impact internal strategy roles; track record of leading ambiguous problem spaces to clear, defensible answers.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling; ability to translate complex technical topics into crisp business implications and recommendations.
  • Hands-on analytics competence (e.g., Excel modeling, data visualization; comfort working with analysts using Python/SQL/BI tools) and an instinct for data quality.
  • Demonstrated experience building reusable assets (models, templates, playbooks) that scale impact beyond a single engagement.
  • Familiarity with telecom, networks, or adjacent tech domains; ability to quickly gain depth in topics like RAN TCO, modernization sequencing, FWA economics, or 5G+Fiber.
  • Practical experience using or guiding GenAI/ML-enabled workflows in analysis, research, or content generation; appetite to experiment and industrialize.
  • Stakeholder leadership: proven ability to manage senior clients and cross-functional internal partners; calm under pressure and decisive in trade-offs.
  • People leadership: coaching analysts/associates; develop high-quality deliverables in complex workstreams; nurturing apprenticeship and feedback culture.
  • Outcome orientation: focus on business results (revenue growth, margin, price realization, cycle-time reduction) and rigorous measurement of impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive-facing customer sprints that quantify the value of technology choices (performance, cost, risk) and drive outcomes such as RFP wins, CapEx reallocation to wireless, and premium price realization.
  • Own problem framing, analytics, and storyline—from hypothesis to executive-ready recommendations—with clear “make or save money” logic.
  • Build reusable, AI-enabled models and insight packs (e.g., RAN modernization ROI, FWA scenarios, competitive benchmarks) that reduce cycle time and raise quality.
  • Deliver multiple data-driven customer engagements leveraging AI tools; capture and share outcomes, lessons learned, and updates to prompts/templates.
  • Partner with technical experts across Strategy & Technology to translate network performance and solution choices into business value for customers.
  • Coach junior team members in structured problem solving, analytics, and executive communication; raise the bar for synthesis and storytelling.
  • Engage senior stakeholders (internal/external), negotiate scope and timelines of projects, and manage risks to deliver on time with high satisfaction.
  • Contribute to Ericsson’s strategic bets (e.g., TAM expansion, 5G+Fiber convergence, beyond connectivity) with data-backed theses and thought leadership.
  • Foster a culture of AI-first delivery: pilot new tools, codify best practices, and embed automation and quality gates into day-to-day workflows.

Benefits

  • Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
  • The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.
  • New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
  • Ericsson offers many other company-paid benefits such as financial wellness programs, educational assistance, matching gifts, and recognition programs.
