We're looking for a high-performing, self-starting Strategic Business Development Manager (SBDM) to drive revenue growth in the rapidly evolving robotics, automation, and emerging tech sectors. In this role, you'll identify, pursue, and win high-value manufacturing programs from fast-scaling OEMs and innovators across the industry. This is a hunter-first role designed for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and understands how to build a book of business from the ground up. You'll begin with a select list of warm, underleveraged accounts, and focus on adding net new logos that will evolve into a strategic, recurring customer portfolio. Over time, you'll transition into full Strategic Account Manager (SAM) responsibilities as your book matures.
