About The Position

We are seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to support our Sales organization with a strong focus on sales enablement, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence. This role will act as the strategic connector between Sales, Business Units, BI, Engineering, Data Science, and Salesforce teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and process-driven, with a passion for turning business needs into scalable solutions. This role will become the subject matter expert (SME) across key sales processes, sales strategies, systems, and data workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical and cross-functional roles
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce and supporting business requirements for technical teams
  • High proficiency with analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and data interpretation
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner with executives and technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with BI, Engineering, or Data Science teams
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with structured documentation and process mapping

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce administration or reporting experience
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and maintain sales processes, enablement materials, and operational playbooks to support sales productivity.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to assess needs, uncover performance drivers, and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison across Sales, Business Units, BI, Engineering, Data Science, and Salesforce teams to align priorities and deliver coordinated outcomes.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, project scoping, cross-functional meetings, and delivery of insights or system changes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead future-state workflow design, including automation, simplification, and standardization.
  • Lead change management communication and adoption strategies for new tools, processes, and enhancements.
  • Act as a Salesforce SME from the business data perspective—supporting user stories, enhancements, data cleanup efforts, and user experience improvements.
  • Partner with BI and Data Science teams to build impactful dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses supporting sales performance and decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on pipeline trends, territory performance, forecasting accuracy, customer behavior, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as annual planning, segmentation, incentive design, and GTM strategy updates.
