BenefitHub does not currently offer H-1B Sponsorship The Strategic Broker Account Executive is part of the Business Development / Sales organization and is responsible for building, optimizing, and expanding Benefithub's relationships with brokerage and consultant partners. This role ensures brokers are fully equipped to advocate for BenefitHub within their portfolios, drives pipeline through the broker channel, and supports broker-led opportunities to increase adoption of our platform. The role requires approximately 30% travel. You will collaborate closely with Executive Management, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure broker partners remain informed, engaged, and aligned with our go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone who loves building partnerships, understands the employee benefits ecosystem, and can translate broker needs into actionable strategies that support Benefithub's growth.
