About The Position
The Strategic Analytics team plays a critical role in driving data‑enabled decision‑making across the organization. The team partners closely with business leaders and subject‑matter experts to deliver impactful insights, build analytical capabilities, and promote best‑in-class data practices. As trusted advisors, we focus on enabling strategic initiatives, improving performance, and elevating analytics maturity across the enterprise. The Strategic Analytics Consultant – independently leads complex analytics initiatives from concept to delivery. This role serves as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, transforming sophisticated analytical work into clear, actionable business recommendations. As a thought leader in the domain, you will influence decision‑making, shape analytics best practices, and support capability building across the organization through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Advanced experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar field with a demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex initiatives.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and clients.
- Exceptional executive‑level communication and storytelling capabilities.
- Proven strategic problem‑solving ability and thought leadership within an analytics domain.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and translate analytical findings into meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects, including scoping, methodology definition, data analysis, and executive‑level storytelling.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor by translating data insights into practical business recommendations.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and clients independently, ensuring alignment, communication, and impact.
- Design, refine, and champion analytics best practices across teams and functions.
- Drive organizational development by mentoring colleagues and training stakeholders on analytics approaches, tools, and best practices.
- Provide thought leadership within the analytics domain and contribute advanced insights to adjacent areas of expertise.
