About The Position

The position involves conducting strategic analysis and providing business insights to support executive decision-making. This includes research, data collection, and competitive analysis to inform corporate strategy. The role also requires the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into actionable insights for leadership. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessing progress toward organizational objectives is essential, as well as identifying risks, opportunities, and trends that can influence corporate strategy. In addition to strategic analysis, the role encompasses project management responsibilities. This includes leading and coordinating cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all projects align with strategic priorities. The individual will develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, while also tracking deliverables, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives. Facilitating collaboration across teams to drive accountability and successful outcomes is a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, the position provides executive support and coordination. This involves high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, including calendar management, communications, and meeting preparation. The individual will draft reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for executive leadership, as well as organize and prepare agendas, presentations, and documentation for board and leadership meetings. Acting as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders is also a critical component of this role.
