About The Position
We are hiring for a Strategic Alliances Director to join our team, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Strategic Alliances. In this role, you will take ownership of a defined territory, building and nurturing impactful relationships with benefits consultants and brokers. Your mission is to ensure that consultants know us, like us, and actively champion Spring Health as the preferred mental health solution to their clients. By strengthening these partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our reputation and accelerating our growth trajectory.
