About The Position

We are seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive revenue and deal flow within Halcyon’s strategic OEM partnership with Dell. This is a field-first, revenue-driving position. You will be embedded in the Dell ecosystem, working directly with Dell sellers to create pipeline, accelerate deals, and close business. The ideal candidate brings deep Dell experience, strong internal relationships, and the ability to immediately influence the field. You know how Dell works - from messaging and priorities to escalation paths — and you can navigate the system to get deals done.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, channel, or OEM partnerships, preferably within Dell or closely aligned ecosystems
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partners or co-selling motions
  • Direct experience working within or alongside Dell (strongly preferred)
  • Established relationships within Dell that can be leveraged immediately
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and competitive positioning
  • Excellent communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue & Deal Flow
  • Own pipeline creation and progression within the Dell ecosystem for the Ransomware Resilient PC offering
  • Partner directly with Dell field sellers to identify, accelerate, and close opportunities
  • Hold Dell sellers accountable to pipeline movement and deal progression
  • Maintain a constant pulse on deal flow, removing blockers and driving urgency
  • Field Enablement & Sales Execution
  • Enable Dell and Halcyon sellers with clear messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Act as the bridge between Halcyon and Dell field teams, ensuring alignment and execution
  • Support co-selling motions and actively participate in customer engagements
  • Leverage Dell Ecosystem Expertise
  • Navigate Dell’s internal structure to unlock opportunities and escalate when needed
  • Apply knowledge of Dell’s go-to-market strategy, pressure points, and competitive landscape
  • Activate existing relationships to generate immediate traction and pipeline
  • Creative Problem Solving & Deal Acceleration
  • Proactively identify and solve deal blockers with creativity and urgency
  • Drive momentum across complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Bring a “get it done” mentality to every opportunity
  • Collaborate with the broader alliances team (including partner operations) to ensure seamless execution
