  • Experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize business and industry insights to conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for managing accounts.
  • Orchestrate global teams to gather information and identify potential risks in customer accounts.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams on customer technology profiles and strategies.
  • Advise customer stakeholders on the benefits of embedding security throughout their technology landscape.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape and industry strategies.
  • Create and qualify opportunities for product and solution sales.
  • Lead account strategy envisioning with extended account teams and partners.
  • Drive account planning and review to align with quota attainment and consumption goals.
  • Contribute to the delivery of regular industry/technology briefings to customer executives.
