Job PurposeThe Strategic Account Representative is an outside sales position primarily responsible for managing and growing industrial segment revenue within a geographic market.  Qualified candidates will be able to develop business relationships with a select group of companies and individuals within the industrial segment. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to enhance their skills with a company whose reputation speaks for itself.

Requirements

  • 3 years of outside sales experience within the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry
  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue with a select group of companies within the industrial segment (Oil/Gas, Manufacturing, Power, Mining, etc.)
  • Daily account management and revenue growth through visits to various customer offices, facilities, and job sites.
  • Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals.
  • Effective implementation of industrial services concepts, products and services.
  • Identify customer’s needs and react appropriately while understanding the market conditions and local competitors pricing.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Assist branches in keeping abreast with industrial customer changes and job site problems.
  • Support all team members.
