About The Position

The Strategic Account Manager at NaviStone is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves establishing trusted advisor relationships with a portfolio of 20-40 client accounts, utilizing data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing strategies. The position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to forecast client revenue accurately.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Partner, Customer Success Manager, or Campaign Manager.
  • Direct experience with a data aggregator, digital or social advertising, or direct mail.
  • Experience with forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with a CRM platform, such as HubSpot.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with 20-40 client accounts.
  • Maintain, grow, and reactivate the book of business.
  • Accurately forecast and track client revenue and growth on a weekly basis.
  • Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations using real-time data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies.
  • Develop strategies and account plans to meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings and quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Work with new clients to test NaviStone products and ensure results meet or exceed expectations.
