Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who seeks answers and is proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with data and CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact and point of escalation for any matter for a group of strategic clients. You’ll establish strategic, productive, and professional relationships with each of our client’s key decision makers and contacts. Focus on maintaining day-to-day client rapport, helping clients reach their goals using our platform, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work with senior team members to identify ways to grow existing client accounts, support client retention efforts, and help spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Keep track of client agreements and contracts and lead contract renewal processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Implementations, Support, Operations, Finance) to ensure client needs are understood and met efficiently. Assist senior team members as needed.
  • Help develop and update strategic growth plans for clients, track key milestones, and report on performance metrics and client progress.
  • Help communicate our company’s goals, product updates, and overall service strategy to clients. You’ll also help gather and share client feedback with our internal teams. Attend recurring meetings with key clients to foster a strong relationship, address any ongoing discussion items, and identify areas of improvement or emerging client issues. Provide weekly updates with management and other teams as it relates to clients’ needs, trends, and performance.
  • Assist in analyzing client data to identify trends, areas of improvement/efficiency, and product review.
  • Become familiar with our platforms, tools, and the payments industry.
