The Role: ⢠As the primary point of contact for our strategic clients, you will: ⢠Primary Activities: ⢠Relationship Management: Proactive check-ins and high-level calls with U.S. senior executives. ⢠Conflict Resolution: Rapidly troubleshooting complex payroll/HR issues and managing internal escalations. ⢠Account Growth: Identifying upselling opportunities and designing proposals for additional services. ⢠Project Oversight: Coordinating new business setups and task tracking via Asana/ZenDesk. ⢠Executive Support: Translating client needs into actionable briefs for the management team.
