About The Position

Placer.ai is looking for a talented Account Manager who will manage Placer’s Marketplace partnerships with data providers, applications, and service providers. The Marketplace team serves as subject matter experts for all the solutions in Placer’s Marketplace, identifying new partnerships, onboarding partners, updating partner materials, and coordinating key activities. You will drive the continued success of Placer’s Marketplace and value for our customers while helping to grow the Marketplace to hundreds of new partners. The Marketplace Account Manager reports to the Vice President Business Development, Marketplace. A successful candidate will be highly strategic, analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, and will have an ability to work under time constraints to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing a diverse set of customers while helping to build partner success programs in a SaaS startup company

Requirements

  • Experience in partner management, customer success, or account management
  • Incredible precision, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • 3+ years of customer/partner success experience
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting complex data in understandable ways to address customers business questions
  • Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, who is internally driven to make an impact on both the customer and a growth directed organization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
  • Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding, support, retention, ongoing success for all Marketplace partners
  • Stay up to date with partner products and capabilities including new and upcoming partner product releases
  • Participate in partner onboarding including managing the process with Placer’s Product and R&D teams for initial data delivery and API setup
  • Support Placer’s Sales, Expansions, and Customer Success teams by helping to answer questions about Marketplace products, including coordinating with partners to participate in customer calls
  • Work with the Business Development team to ensure that legal agreements including NDAs and data evaluation agreements are submitted and signed to rapidly
  • Engage actively in partner discussions to position the value of the Placer Marketplace
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure customer feedback is delivered to partners and responses and data updates are shared with Placer’s Customer Success team
