The Strategic Account Management (SAM) team at Sanofi supports the company's largest and most complex customers, specifically covering the New York City and Long Island area for Tzield. Tzield SAMs assist accounts in navigating the operational and logistical aspects of the Tzield end-to-end patient journey, including administration and infusion processes. This role involves connecting key stakeholders within accounts to facilitate decision-making and implement solutions for Tzield administration. SAMs will develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts, identify account-specific gaps impacting Tzield utilization/access for internal business planning, and collaborate with Sanofi stakeholders to provide appropriate support. When communicating with accounts, the SAM will educate on clear requirements for integrating Tzield into operations and for effective cross-department collaboration to enhance the Tzield patient experience. This role is part of the General Medicines team, focusing on driving outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology.
