Requirements

  • Experience in the janitorial industry and working with logistics/warehouse accounts.
  • 3+ years of strategic account management experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Experience working with large, multimillion dollar, National accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of operations account management processes.
  • Sales software, CRM/ERP (Salesforce etc.) and related technology.
  • Ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Interpersonal and cross functional relationship building and engagement that result in positive collectively supported positive outcomes.
  • Available for 50% travel domestically.

Responsibilities

  • Act as senior point of contact with customers and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage the customer relationship and develop strategic plans to manage customer accounts.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure service delivery meets contracted requirements and establish confidence and trust that leads to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPI's) as defined by the customer and KBS to develop and/or implement action plans for areas that are sub-standard.
  • Grow current business through industrial engineering of clients' scopes of work, cross-selling and up-selling other services.
  • Meet assigned sales quota and expectations for profitability for assigned accounts, independently or in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Monitor and assist with client billing and collection issues.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with each assigned customer.
