About The Position

In this role, you will drive the growth of Gigs' most strategic and complex customers across various industry verticals. You will be responsible for the commercial growth of these accounts, which includes managing revenue-generating projects, negotiating pricing, and overseeing renewals. You will develop a deep understanding of your assigned customers and their use cases, track KPIs, and build key relationships. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities for expanding Gigs' usage and work cross-functionally with teams such as Go-To-Market, Marketing, Support, and Implementation to ensure a seamless customer experience. As one of the first hires in the Strategic Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in building a high-performing B2B account management team and improving existing processes to drive customer growth.

Requirements

  • 6 - 10 years of experience in Account Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company.
  • Profound knowledge of high-impact account management strategies.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers.
  • Track record of growing complex technical customers.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with product teams.
  • Commercial thinker focused on growth and comfortable with commercial KPIs.
  • Experience preparing business cases to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Deep care for customer experience and success.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence to build meaningful customer relationships.
