As a Strategic Account Manager (IC3) at Nova Credit, you'll lead the complete lifecycle success of key strategic enterprise customers. You'll develop new business opportunities while growing and deepening relationships with our Consumer Lending clients—including leading fintechs, credit card issuers and other agile consumer lenders across North America. Taking a highly consultative approach, you'll build deep, trust-based relationships across your portfolio. We're seeking a seasoned individual contributor who can own and accelerate rapid revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customer accounts. NYC-preferred: This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days per week in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) based in the NYC Metropolitan area, reporting to our Head of Consumer Lending, with travel to client sites required ~25% of the time. Candidates based in NYC are preferred, however, we welcome candidates willing to relocate to the New York City Metropolitan Area to apply— we provide relocation support to make your move smooth.
