As a Strategic Account Manager for Central Texas, you’ll lead the way in cultivating strong, consultative relationships with customers and brokers while driving growth and ensuring revenue goals are not just met but consistently exceeded. Your primary focus will be Austin and San Antonio, with the potential to expand into additional markets. You’ll be at the center of opportunity, proactively guiding renewals and uncovering upsell potential throughout the customer lifecycle. At the same time, you’ll balance the customer’s needs with organizational goals, managing both the big picture of strategic account growth and the day-to-day service excellence that builds trust.
