About The Position

As a Strategic Account Manager, you distribute and promote the use of biologics throughout a designated territory. Works with several types of customers including Healthcare Professionals and Alliance Partners. Displays the highest degree of integrity, honesty, knowledge, and respect for the process of tissue donation and transplantation. Informs and consults customers on biologics for surgical procedures using consultative sales skills to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS); Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Two (2) years Sales experience in Medical Device Industry, Hospital Sales and/or Physician Sales; Operating room, orthopedic or neurosurgical product experience preferred.
  • OR Four (4) years Professional sales experience in a business-to-business setting.
  • OR Four (4) years Relevant medical experience (e.g., physicians assistant, nurse).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and implementing tactical strategies within the field to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territory's strategic service goals are met.
  • Develops and reviews business plan with Regional Manager quarterly.
  • Develops and influences Alliance Partners and 1099 relationships through education and capturing additional mindshare in assigned territory.
  • Assists Alliance Partner business growth through supporting supply chain discussions.
