As a critical member of the Client Relations Team, you are expected to own all aspects of account management necessary to drive success with your assigned book, supported via account coordination. Regular client interaction, reporting and strategy discussion are required. Our primary goals are client satisfaction, retention and upsell opportunities as appropriate. Participate and/or lead PBM strategy and business development conversations that directly impact success of the assigned book and ProAct Client Relations wholistically.
