  • Identify, target, and engage key enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth within the rental real estate sector.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders, property management firms, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions and value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and support experience.
  • Manage a strategic sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track progress and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Develop and implement account-specific strategies to maximize adoption, engagement, and long-term client success.
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and generating substantial revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience leveraging outbound prospecting channels such as phone, email, and social media.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Competitive compensation with on-target earnings (OTE) range of $194,000–$244,000 USD.
