As a UMR Strategic Account Executive, you'll create the strategic retention and growth plan for customers with the goal of serving and renewing accounts. You'll merge your business savvy and relationship skills to become an extension of the customer's business. Position in this function is responsible for the development and maintenance of business relationships of assigned customers. Serves in a consultative capacity to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, contract renewal, revenue maintenance, and adding additional lines of business. Provides consultative input in the design of a customer's benefit plan(s) and health and welfare strategy through the relationships established with customers and brokers.
