About The Position

This role focuses on driving growth and building strategic relationships with customers in Northern California. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting new opportunities to closing complex deals, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The position requires a deep understanding of technical SaaS solutions and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering. You will actively develop territory strategies, uncover new use cases, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is a high-impact role offering the chance to shape a key territory and contribute directly to business growth. Strong communication, persistence, and strategic thinking are essential to succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of success in Northern California.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to senior technical stakeholders (CISO, CTO, CIO, Head of Engineering, DevOps, IT).
  • Ability to build new territories, generate customer demand, and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with regional IT channel partners and technical alliances.
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Coachable, curious, and capable of collaborating across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quarterly goals and drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Build awareness and drive demand for solutions by guiding strategic users through the value of automation and SaaS platforms.
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities throughout the sales cycle and close complex transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineers, Technology Alliances, and Reseller partners to optimize outcomes.
  • Prospect actively to generate leads and supplement inbound opportunities from Business Development Representatives.
  • Develop territory plans, leveraging customer, partner, and community ecosystems to achieve growth objectives.
  • Provide feedback to product and go-to-market teams to influence strategy and improvement.
