About The Position

Join 24/7 Xpress Enterprises, a rapidly growing logistics company specializing in contracting our services with Long-Term Healthcare pharmacies across the U.S. We're seeking a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) to join our team, offering a flexible opportunity for both part-time and/or full-time interests. This position offers a strong income potential with a base salary of up to $80,000, and a weekly paid commission plan that can lead to earnings upwards of $150,000+. Total full-time potential annual earnings may range from $80,000 to $200,000+.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience with a track record of success in prospecting, cold calling, closing accounts, and building robust client relationships.
  • A genuine passion for understanding patient care needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability for results, consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage a robust sales pipeline, and prioritize effectively.
  • Maintains meticulous records in a CRM system (Salesforce) and is proficient in using sales analytics tools.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations to clients and internal management.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client and business needs.
  • Adheres to all corporate, industry policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Expand our footprint by building strong client relationships and securing new contracts within Long Term Healthcare Pharmacy leaders.
  • Conduct heavy cold calling and prospecting, focusing specifically on 'In House', non-retail pharmacies.
  • Educate potential pharmacy clients on the value of our logistics and services.
